In the South Tyrolean popular jargon, borage is called Herzenstrost (comfort for the heart).
The floral essence of this plant not only gives comfort, but also helps you make decisions and find the right path. We suggest applying it in correspondence with the so-called “third eye chakra” (forehead chakra), with the aim of obtaining the best effect on a spiritual and mental level.
All SilberQuarzit® Flower Essences are conceived in compliance with the “Doctrine of Signatures” and the Paracelsus Theories. To activate the self-healing power, raw materials are chosen based on psychological and physical symptoms.
To effectively capture the healing potential of plants, SilberQuarzit® uses only wildflowers and herbs collected following a strict calendar, respecting seasonality and moon phases.

The product does not contain essential oils from the flower. Therefore, it gives off a light and pleasant fragrance.

Apply in correspondence with the third eye chakra (brow chakra) or other energy centres, where mental blocks are felt.
During meditation, place the Energy Stone on the block area, together with the Borage Flower Essence. Hold the Stone in place until it detaches, or the pleasant feeling wears off.
Possible, known feelings are: cold, heat impulses, waves, colours.
